A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Amy Spears earned her Bachelors in Social Work in 2002, continuing on to complete her Masters in Clinical Mental Health at Regent University in Virginia in 2016. Amy is a National Certified Counselor and a Level II Restoration Therapist, an effective treatment modality for emotional self regulation in individuals or couples. She holds certifications to treat anxiety, OCD, and grief. Amy offers counseling services across a variety of counseling needs, while specializing in women and couples. Amy is also a certified Life Coach.
With a passion for seeing individuals, families, and marriages reach their highest potential, Amy has developed a reputation as a dedicated therapist to her client’s well-being. Amy has a positive outlook on life, and prioritizes her relationship with her clients. She brings a direct approach, while also having a fun and energetic tone to her therapeutic practice.
Amy’s passions outside of therapy, include cooking, being outdoors, and hanging out with the people she loves. Next to her faith, Amy’s number one passion is her family. Married to husband Matt since 2002, the couple has three young adult children.

Get Started
We serve all age ranges of clientele, 4 and up. Sessions are usually 45-50
minutes but can be scheduled longer if a more intensive approach is
preferred by the client.
