Kinslee White

In 2018, Kinslee graduated from West Texas A&M University with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Three years later, she decided to pursue her dream to become a counselor by attending LeTourneau University and graduated in 2025. Kinslee is a Level I Restoration Therapist. She uses this evidence-based treatment modality with all her clients. Her clientele includes adolescents, young adults, new moms, couples, and families. Kinslee is supervised by Amy E. Spears, MA, NCC, LPC-S. She sees clients at the Dallas location and online across Texas.

Kinslee prioritizes creating a safe space that helps clients feel seen, known, and heard.  Kinslee has a passion for helping those who are navigating life transitions, experiencing a loss of identity, feeling overwhelmed in life, and are struggling to move forward. In a counseling session, Kinslee has a warm and steady approach, while gently but directly challenging patterns that may be holding clients back.

Outside of therapy, Kinslee enjoys baking, going for walks with her family, being outside, and trying out new coffee shops. Kinslee’s faith and her family are the most important parts of her life. She married her husband, Austin, in 2022 and they have a beautiful daughter, Karter.
