How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If something is affecting your daily life or emotional well-being, therapy is a helpful space to explore it.
What’s the difference between counseling, coaching, and consulting?
Counseling focuses on emotional healing and personal growth by addressing past or present psychological challenges.
Coaching helps individuals set and achieve future goals.
Consulting provides expert advice and solutions to specific business or professional problems.
What is your approach to therapy?
Each LiveWell therapist practices a client-focused approach, but each has their own methods and specialties.

Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance, but we can supply you with a “Superbill,” which you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take cash, card, or check… as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
What can I expect in the first session?
We will talk about what brings you in and what you’re hoping to get out of counseling.
There’s zero pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.
If you’re a parent sending your child for counseling, you, your child, and your LiveWell counselor will all connect in the first session together.
Is everything I say confidential?
That’s a valid concern. What you share stays between us, with a few legal exceptions. Your counselor will explain those exceptions to you during your first session.
How often do I need to come?
You and your counselor will decide together what works best, based on your goals and schedule.
Can I stop anytime?
Yes, therapy is your choice. You can pause or stop anytime.
Your counselor will support you in whatever direction you feel is best for you.
What if I don’t feel a connection?
The therapeutic relationship is important. If you and your LiveWell counselor are not a good fit, they will help you find a person who better suits your needs. This is about YOU.
